The Homeless Resource Center, is 24 hour/7 day-a-week homeless shelter and resource center located in downtown Baltimore serving about 275 men and women. The Center, which JHR operates under a contract with Baltimore City, admits homeless clients on a first come, first serve basis and has no admission criteria or screening.

 

 

Our goal is to help  clients locate resources and services to address the problems that led to their homelessness. The Center provides a safe, warm place to sleep, breakfast and a hot dinner, addiction counseling, mental health referrals, health servicer, and case management.
